We had two home-gym cable machines that were a bit too complicated for my wife and I to take apart, and Carlos and his team had it disassembled in less than an hour. Heather Holroyd, Carlos did a great job repairing our custom bi-fold door in our apartment. The job took two visits and he was communicative with us throughout, troubleshooting the inability to find a replacement piece (even going to the length of checking two hardware stores!) and subsequently coming up with an idea to repurpose the original piece to complete the repair.
